Customers have a 7-day window from the delivery date to request returns or exchanges for non-customized orders, excluding embroidered products. Please consult our size chart for exchanges, and if you need help with sizing, contact us. Keep in mind, we can’t accept a second return/exchange request for exchanged items. Customized embroidered products are non-returnable and non-refundable, especially if used, washed, or with removed tags.

Our logistics partner will pick up the item within 5-7 working days. d. In case our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, we request you to self-ship the product via any reliable courier service and we shall ship the exchange product to you or process your refund based on your request. e. After receipt of your item at the warehouse, the item undergoes quality checks and refunds are initiated within 7-10 working days. f. Please handover the product for which the returns / exchange request is placed. g. Please note it usually takes 21 working days for the whole process.
